El Salvador’s mountain ranges make high quality coffee readily available. Many roasts from El Salvadorian coffee have come out more floral than fruity with a sweet and pleasant finish. There is very mild acidity with a good amount of body especially when roasted on the medium to darker roasts. Lighter roasts enhance the fruitiness and darker roasts bring out the florals. One of my favorites!
